Explanatory note to the research paper "AIS" Schedule of reception of doctors. " AIS is intended for scheduling reception of physicians and patient records to the reception via the Internet or an information kiosk located in the building of polyclinic.
AIS has the following functions:

• publishing schedules on the Web server;
• patient record to the reception via the Internet or an information kiosk;
• Reporting Appointments patients.
AIS is implemented on the basis of analysis of the registry clinic.
